A fine pair carved coconut cups on turned hard-wood bases, the rims mounted with a silver-coloured metal with a band of wriggle-work swags, and similar, unmarked metal, to the foot and where the stems meets with the coconuts.
The coconuts are beautifully carved with bands of styalized palm leaves and a large oval cartouche monogrammed 'A.B' and dated 1790.
