Artist’s Lay Figure

A good French artist’s lay figure, early to mid 19th century, with excellent detailing. Carved with fingernails and toenails, softly defined ribs, and an attractive head. All of the head’s features are carved with good detailing; the ears fully defined as are the eyes, mouth and nose. Further details include eye brows and a dimple to the chin.
