Country House Posting Box
A good Victorian Country House Posting Box, a little more substantial than most, constructed from solid oak stained rich and dark outside with a contrasting blond surface within. Solid brass fittings, ‘LETTERS’ deeply engraved and filled with red wax, bevelled glass to the front of the advertised times and the box itself and a drawer for telegrams beneath.
