Finely Cut and Cased Glass
Fabulous and finely cut drinking glass with the original leather covered travel case, within the lid is the trade label for the maker, ‘Barbier Crystal Engraver’, ‘Formerly Palais Royal, now Hotel du Commerce etc., etc.,’.
The glass engraved around the body with laurel leaves meeting at the front with a diamond-shaped cartouche engraved with a monogram CM in script; the base cut with a Maltese Cross.
