Waistcoat Snuffbox
A substantial snuffbox shaped to sit comfortably within a waistcoat pocket, pressed organic material producing a finely detailed lattice pattern beneath and wavy lines to the cover, suggesting moiré silk, a running pattern of twisted gold leaves is pressed into the edges, two pairs of other gold foil motifs to the upper surface.
